Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The preamble above is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:
1. (Store): This term refers to Azran Honey, and this definition includes all forms of Azran Honey on the Internet, whether as an electronic application, website, or physical retail store.
2. (User/Customer): This term refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its online platform.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the User:
1. The user acknowledges that they possess full legal capacity under Islamic law and the applicable regulations to engage with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. The user agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such violation before third parties. Article Three
– Nature of Azran Honey’s Commitment:
1. Azran Honey’s obligation toward consumers or users is limited to providing the product or service offered through its platform.
2. Azran Honey may, at its discretion, provide additional services such as aftersales support or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the product or service requested by the user.
Article Four – Rules for Using Azran Honey:
1. The user shall use Azran Honey’s electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a product or service from Azran Honey, the user shall not use such product or service in any way that violates public morals or the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations: Upon applying for membership with Azran Honey as a user, you agree to disclose specific information and choose a username and a confidential password to be used when accessing Azran Honey services. By doing so, you agree to the following:
1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to promptly notify Azran Honey of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
2. Azran Honey shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any direct or indirect, moral or material loss resulting from the disclosure of your username or password. 3. You agree to personally use your Azran Honey account or membership, and you bear full responsibility for it. If another person uses your account, it shall be considered proof that you have authorized them to use the store on your behalf.
4. You agree to use Azran Honey with seriousness, integrity, and honesty.
5. You are obligated to provide true, accurate, current, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with Azran Honey and to update your data whenever changes occur.
6. Azran Honey commits to handling your personal and contact information with complete confidentiality.
7. If Azran Honey determines that you have disclosed false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information, or information that violates this agreement, it reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account or store without prejudice to its other legal rights.
8. Failure to comply with any of the above grants Azran Honey the right to suspend or cancel your membership or block your access to its services. Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Channels:
1. The parties agree that communication shall be conducted via the email address registered on the platform.
2. The user agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall have the same legal effect as written documents and are legally binding.
3. The user agrees to receive notifications or communications regarding this agreement or any dealings via general messages broadcasted by Azran Honey to all or specific users. Article Seven – Amendments and Fees:
1. Azran Honey may notify you of any amendments to this agreement through the official communication channels. Such amendments may increase your obligations or reduce your rights under this agreement.
2. If you object to any amendment, you are requested to stop using Azran Honey services. Continued access or use of your account constitutes full acceptance of such amendments.
3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and users must pay all applicable charges plus any additional costs specified by Azran Honey using the approved payment methods.
4. Azran Honey may impose certain fees based on the type of offers, products, or services requested or as required by government-imposed taxes or fees.
5. Azran Honey reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or charges under the terms of this agreement. Article Eight – Payment and Billing Services:
1. Azran Honey, through its partners, provides online payment services via the available methods or any other options introduced from time to time.
2. Azran Honey is responsible for pricing its products or services based on the generally accepted market value.
3. Azran Honey must issue invoices and receipts for all amounts and provide customers with purchase receipts for products or services.
4. Azran Honey is committed to maintaining accounting standards in its electronic store in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Article Nine – Personal Information and Transaction Details:
1. The user grants Azran Honey a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any information or material provided to the platform through registration forms, emails, or other means, for purposes deemed necessary by the platform.
2. The confidentiality of consumer information is governed by the Azran Honey “Privacy Policy and Information Confidentiality Policy.” Article Ten – Intellectual Property:
1. All intellectual property rights related to Azran Honey are fully owned by Azran Honey, whether established before or after the creation of the platform.
2. The user must respect all intellectual property rights related to Azran Honey, including trademarks, logos, and symbols displayed on the platform. Article Eleven – Liability of Azran Honey:
1. Azran Honey shall conduct its commercial activities lawfully and in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
2. Azran Honey shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, or incidental, including those caused by users or third parties such as shipping companies.
3. Azran Honey, its owners, and representatives guarantee that all products and services offered are legitimate, lawful, and authorized under Saudi regulations. Article Twelve – Information Confidentiality:
1. Azran Honey adopts tangible, organizational, and technical standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
2. The user acknowledges that the Internet is not a completely secure medium and that full confidentiality of information cannot be guaranteed.
3. Azran Honey has no control over third-party actions, including linked websites or impersonators.
4. The user agrees that Azran Honey may use their information to provide services or send marketing communications, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Article Thirteen – Restriction of Access or Membership: Azran Honey reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict any user’s access to its platform at any time, without notice and for any reason. Article Fourteen – Exchange Policy:
1. Without prejudice to warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product within seven (7) daysof receipt, provided the product remains unused and in good condition.
2. Azran Honey has the right to inspect the product before exchange.
3. Exchange is not permitted in the following cases: • Custom-made or personalized products, unless defective or not matching agreed specifications. • Used CDs, DVDs, or software. • Newspapers, magazines, or books. • Products damaged due to consumer misuse. • Contracts involving accommodation, transport, or catering services. • Contracts for downloadable digital products. Article Fifteen – Return Policy:
1. The consumer may cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days of receipt, under the same conditions of being unused and in good condition.
2. Azran Honey reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting a return.
3. The same exceptions as stated in the exchange policy apply.
4. If the return conditions are met, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Article Sixteen – Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi authorities. Article Seventeen – General Provisions: • The invalidity of any clause in this agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. • This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the full and binding agreement between Azran Honey and the user. • Arabic is the authoritative language for interpreting this agreement. • All displayed prices are subject to change. • Promotional offers by Azran Honey are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time. • All dealings between Azran Honey and the user must comply with Sharia law and Saudi regulations. • This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision from Azran Honey’s management.
Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information The Azran Honey team welcomes you and thanks you for your trust. Azran Honey recognizes and values the rights of its users and is committed to protecting their personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy implemented at Azran Honey. This policy explains how your personal information will be collected, used, and protected. First: Information Collected and Stored by Azran Honey
1. Personal Information: Such as the user’s name, age, email address, and national ID or residence number.
2. Login Information: Including username, password, email address, and password recovery question and answer.
