Return and Cancellation Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and legal warranty, the consumer has the right within the first three days from receiving the order to request a return. The product must be in good condition, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it. In case the shipment arrives at our warehouse and meets the terms and conditions, the amount will be refunded immediately. From day 1 to 14, the customer has no right to return after three days.
2- The consumer bears the costs incurred for the return process, which amount to (40) SAR as a shipping company fee, excluding the payment service fees listed below. The customer will be compensated with the amount within 1 to 14 working days.
Tamara: 6.99% + 1.5 on the paid amount
Tabby: 6.99% + 1.5 on the paid amount
(Visa - Apple Pay - stc pay) 2.2% + 0.75 on the paid amount Mada: 1% + 0.75 on the paid amount
All the above fees are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
3- In case the shipment arrives damaged, you have the right to return it and get a refund to the same payment account used.

Lost Shipment Policy upon Receipt:
1-First, you must check the shipment carefully. If the shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact customer service immediately, and any customer will be compensated. From the time you receive the order, you have 24 hours to report, and the customer will be compensated immediately.
If the customer exceeds the mentioned time, we are not responsible for any shortage or damage in the shipment
Order Cancellation Policy:
The customer will be compensated with the amount within 1 to 14 working days, except in one case: if the payment method used was Tamara, Tabby, Apple Pay, Visa, Mada, or stc pay, the payment fees will be deducted as follows:
Tamara: 6.99% + 1.5 on the paid amount
Tabby: 6.99% + 1.5 on the paid amount
(Visa - Apple Pay - stc pay) 2.2% + 0.75 on the paid amount Mada: 1% + 0.75 on the paid amount
All the above fees are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
If the order has been processed and the delivery and shipping policy issued, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded after deducting (40) SAR as delivery and shipping fees.
This policy applies even if the order includes shipping and delivery according to any announcement from us.
If there is a delay in order delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get a full refund if the delay exceeds more than 15 days according to the regulations and laws. The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer if the product is unavailable or in case of a technical problem.
If the customer has a prepaid order and it has not been received by the customer for any reason, and there has been no communication within (30 days) from placing the order in the store, after that the customer has no right to claim anything from the store.

Many people even prefer crystallized honey for its rich texture and suitability for many famous cooking recipes.
Types of Crystallization:
The shape and color of the crystallized granules in honey vary depending on the type of honey itself.
Some types of honey may crystallize uniformly, while others may crystallize partially, where the crystals settle at the bottom and the honey remains liquid on top. Also, the color of crystallized honey tends to be light or whitish, due to the pure white color of glucose sugar. It is also worth mentioning that dark honey retains its brown color despite crystallization.
